Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Description:

SA is growing rapidly and seeking to hire our first wave of sales staff. RPA (Robotic Process Automation) is an application of software “or bots” that handle rule-based tasks that are usually completed by humans. Examples of basic processes that can be automated quickly are invoicing, bank reconciliation, inventory management, and sales orders (however the list is infinite). Businesses can reduce their labor costs and minimize human errors overnight with the power of RPA. While this technology has been available at the enterprise level for years, our firm has developed a cutting-edge process that is now deployable within 30 days for businesses of all sizes.

A strong sales performance will yield high levels of compensation, advancement, possible management, and an opportunity to build a sales team from the ground up. The initial role will focus on booking discovery calls (initial call between potential client and SA to understand potential RPA opportunities) for potential SMB and SME (small market enterprise) clients. Our founders and technicians can move the sales process forward. After 6-12 months of training, an ideal candidate will be able to handle and oversee our full sales process. The roadmap has already been built. Now we just need a strong sales leader to compliment us taking over this market.

Location:

  • Remote
  • 1-2 overnights per quarter to TX or WI, Covid pending

Required:

  • Self-starter and entrepreneurial
  • Fast learner and thrives on results and relationships
  • Can handle sophisticated sales process with patience to execute on a longer sales cycle (1-6 months)
  • Must have sales/business development experience (with a demonstrated track record) or RPA industry experience
  • Able to facilitate conversations and the sales process at the C- level and/or business owners

Preferred:

  • Social media experience and a strong LinkedIn presence
  • Candidate has established relationships with businesses in the SMB and SME markets ($1MM to $1B in annual revenues)
  • RPA or software sales experience
  • Sales management and/or product development experience
  • Bilingual in Spanish

Compensation:

  • Compensation will comprise of a base salary and commission, but heavily weighted towards commission/results. Possible equity available for the right candidate
